I had a wonderful week. My sister and brother-in-law came to visit. I didn't spend a lot of time reading until Thursday and I have only two new books this week. My library sent an e-mail to let me know that V is for Vengeance by Sue Grafton was ready for me, so on Monday morning I drove by the library and picked it up. I started reading it as soon as I finished reading The Gauguin Connection and have already finished it. And, on Thursday morning, I received a package sent from my online reading pal Iliotropio in Belgium. She sent me a copy of Borrower of the Night, the first book in Elizabeth Peters's Vicky Bliss mystery series. We're both members of an online book swapping forum, BookObsessed, and this book is registered at BookCrossing. Once I've read it, I'll pass it along to another BookCrosser.
Did you get any new books this week? You're invited to join the fun at Stacking the Shelves. According to the reviewers at Tynga's Reviews who host the meme:
Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
